Hotel day
The hotel day starts from 4:00 pm and ends at 11:00 am the following day. It is possible to check in early or check out later after contacting the reception in advance.
Children
Children under the age of 3 stay free of charge if they sleep in a bed with their parents. They receive towels and food as part of their stay. The hotel offers the possibility of renting a crib with bedding for an additional fee. Due to their limited number, please contact the front desk, reservations department or communicate it at the booking stage in advance. The price for children aged 4 -12 and 13 -18 is listed in each offer.
Parking
There are paid spaces at an unguarded parking lot on the premises at the following price:
- Outdoor parking 40PLN/day/vehicle;
- Underground parking 60PLN/day/vehicle;
The number of parking spaces is limited. Elements Hotel & Spa does not make parking reservations.
There are two charging stations for electric cars in the parking lot - free of charge for guests of Elements Hotel & Spa and Elements Apartments.
Board
The hotel offers meals as part of the purchased package at the restaurant during the following hours:

Staying with your pet
The hotel accepts pets.
Pets are allowed on the premises for an additional fee of 80 PLN/day in designated areas. The owner of the animal is obliged to hold it in such a way that it does not pose a danger to other Guests, staff and other people. We do not accept the admission of animals commonly considered threatening or aggressive, including: reptiles, arachnids and dogs commonly considered aggressive.

Elements Apartments are located in buildings 100 meters from the hotel part.
Access to the wellness area for guests staying in apartments in separate buildings is possible from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
From March 4 2024, access to the water zone is also possible for external guests. The fee for an adult is PLN 40 / 1 hour 30 minutes child PLN 20 / 1 hour 30 min.
In the winter, we recommend wheel chains in case of snowfall.
Spa fee in Świeradow-Zdrój is 6.00 PLN per day per person.
