If you want to be responsible for:
  • Supporting the Head Chef in the daily kitchen operations,
  • Preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring their presentation (A la carte restaurant, buffet, conference events),
  • Managing the team in the absence of the Head Chef,
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef to prepare gastronomic offers together with the S&M and F&B departments,
  • Supporting the Head Chef in controlling and supervising gastronomic costs, performing food cost calculations, and maintaining indicators at an appropriate level,
  • Supervising the preparation of monthly inventories,
  • Orderliness and compliance with health and safety regulations, HACCP.
You meet the following expectations:
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in an independent position as a Deputy Head Chef in a chain hotel or a reputable restaurant,
  • You have relevant gastronomic education,
  • Preparation of calculations, cost control, and Food Cost indicator is your strong point,
  • You are characterized by good work organization and independence,
  • You can effectively manage and develop your team and build a friendly atmosphere,
