Hotel new, nice, modern. The rooms are beautiful and clean, unfortunately the walls are thin, so you can hear other rooms. The wellness is nice, but quite undersized. If you go on the weekend, you will have a lot to do to take a sun lounger and enjoy everything that wellness has to offer.

We stayed in the hotel on 4-6.04.25 and we are very satisfied. Let me refer to a few issues about which we have read negative comments. Room very nice, clean, large bed, spacious, clean bathroom, large terrace. The service is very nice. We asked for an iron and it was brought to us (with a board) within 5 minutes. Mrs. Żabka is very nice and nice, her daughter greets :) We waited for the elevators for a maximum of half a minute. The pool and jacuzzi were ok, no crowds and absolutely nothing stinked. When it comes to breakfast, we walked around 8:30 and there were places to choose from. We liked the food and the choice was huge. Especially delicious were omelettes, buns, homemade cake, sandwich spreads, pancakes, smoothies, even coffee, when it is usually poor in hotels. At night we slept without a problem, there were no noises, music, etc. (we were on the 3rd floor). Overall, a very successful trip :)

Byliśmy w hotelu 4-6.04.25 i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Pozwolę się odnieść do kilku kwestii o których czytaliśmy negatywne komentarze. Pokój bardzo ładny, czysty, duże łóżko, przestronna, czysta łazienka, duży taras. Obsługa bardzo miła. Poprosiliśmy o żelazko i zostało nam doniesione (z deską) w ciągu 5 min. Pani Żabka bardzo fajna i miła, córka serdecznie pozdrawia :) Na windy czekaliśmy max pół minuty. Basen i jacuzzi ok, bez tłumów i absolutnie nic nie śmierdziało. Jeśli chodzi o śniadania, chodziliśmy ok 8:30 i miejsc było do wyboru do koloru. Jedzenie nam smakowało i wybór był ogromny. Szczególnie pyszne były omlety, bułeczki, domowe ciasto, pasty kanapkowe, placuszki, smoothie, nawet kawa, kiedy zazwyczaj w hotelach jest słaba. W nocy spaliśmy bez problemu, nie było słychać żadnych hałasów, muzyki itp (byliśmy na 3 piętrze). Ogólnie bardzo udany wyjazd :)

For a 5* hotel, there is no real restaurant, but there is... CANTEEN for several hundred people.... You can forget about scrambled eggs or an omelette prepared on a regular basis. Waiting time... 20 minutes in line. The water in the pool is cold, in general there is no thermal comfort in the pool. Two small whirlpools and there's no way to get there... To sum up, it is rather a holiday resort for families with children and not a 5* hotel. I will not go back there again, the juggernaut and crowds everywhere.

Jak na hotel 5*, to brak jest prawdziwej restauracji ale za to jest…. STOŁÓWKA na kilkaset osób…. Można zapomnieć o jajecznicy, czy omlecie przygotowanej na bieżąco. Czas oczekiwania… 20 minut w kolejce. Woda w basenie zimna, ogólnie na basenie brak komfortu termicznego. Dwa małe jakuzzi i nie sposób się tam dostać… podsumowując to raczej ośrodek wczasowy dla rodzin z dziećmi a nie hotel na 5*. Nie wrócę tam więcej, moloch i tłok wszędzie.

Erstmal das negative : Der Parkplatz im Freien (40ztl) ist nur mit Rasengitterplatten befestigt was die Anreise mit Koffern erschwert, außerdem ist die begrenzte Anzahl der Plätze in der Hochsaison bestimmt knapp bemessen, aber es gibt ja noch die Tiefgarage (60ztl). Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht optimal, da wenig Ausflugsziele in der Nähe zu finden sind. Ein großer moderner Spielplatz fehlt auch. Das Positive : Überwiegt definitiv, besonders wenn man einfach entspannen will, vielleicht noch Kinder dabei hat die in den Gamingrooms Beschäftigung finden oder im Schwimmbad welches 3 Becken hat mit unterschiedlichen Tiefen ihre Beschäftigung finden. Das Hauptbecken mit 1,30m Tiefe ist jedenfalls das Highlight, modern und schick . Mehrere schöne Saunen gibt es auch und wurden von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Alles ist wirklich hochwertig, modern und weitläufig, ein einzigartiges Hotel. Die Zimmer sind funktional und haben alles was man braucht. Wir waren in dem appartement da uns Kühlschrank und Geschirr auf dem Zimmer für die Kids wichtig war. Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Betten waren schick aber wenig bequem zum schlafen, die Kissen sind zu klein und Federkern ist unbequem auf Dauer. Der Ausblick aus dem appartement im höherem Stockwerk ist ein Pluspunkt. Hotel bardzo elegancki, jedzenie smaczne, duży wybór potraw, na życzenie otrzymałam chleb bezglutenowy, mleko roślinne podane przy ekspresach. Dla mnie woda w basenie mogłaby być cieplejsza, ale dla mojej przyjaciółki była idealna więc kwestia gustu. Polecam.

We chose the hotel because of the children's pool, we paid extra for the room to be located in the main building, because we didn't want to go outside with the little ones after the pool. When we arrived at the place, it turned out that the children's pool was closed without prior notice (the day before we booked the stay). We went to the swimming pool, there was a tiny swimming pool open. 3 out of 4 people in our family got conjunctivitis. We drove by with a small dog and were placed on the 2nd floor in a dirty room, all the carpeting was stained by animal excrement, they changed our room to the 3rd floor - also not very clean. The dog started to lick and scratch us on the last day – we thought it was a coincidence. Our dog got parasites.... Playroom without windows, size not adapted to the number of children I sincerely advise against this hotel A good breakfast and that's where the pros end

Wybraliśmy hotel ze względu na basen dla dzieci, dopłaciliśmy do pokoju żeby znajdował się w budynku głównym, ponieważ nie chcieliśmy wychodzić z maluchami po basenie na dwór. Przy dojechaniu na miejsce okazało się, ze basen dla dzieci jest zamknięty bez wcześniejszego poinformowania( dzień wcześniej rezerwowaliśmy pobyt). Poszliśmy na basen, był czynny malutki basenik. 3 na 4 osoby z naszej rodziny dostały zapalenia spojówek. Przejechaliśmy z małym pieskiem i zostaliśmy ulokowani na 2 piętrze w pokoju brudno, cała wykładzina w plamach po odchodach zwierzęcych, zmienili nam pokój na 3 piętro- również niezbyt czysty. Pies w ostatniej dobie zaczął nam się wylizywać i drapać-myśleliśmy że to zbieg okoliczności. Nasz piesek dostał pasożytów…. Sala zabaw bez okien, wielkość niedostosowana do ilości dzieci Szczerze odradzam ten hotel Dobre śniadanie i na tym plusy się kończą

Miałam przyjemność gościć w hotelu Elements w Świeradowie-Zdroju, i muszę powiedzieć, że to było niezapomniane doświadczenie. I consider my stay in Świeradów Zdrój successful, again when it comes to the hotel, well.. We wanted to see if the ads reflected reality. According to our assessment, this hotel has a strong 4* by 5*, it still lacks a lot. You can visit the facility once and choose another one the next time. What was good, cool, commendable was: quick check-in, nice and very helpful staff of the pool area and cleaning ladies, a large selection of dishes during breakfasts, here I will add breakfasts served during the week (from Mon-Fri). What was what we didn't like was: - tragedy during breakfast on the weekend (Saturday), queues like in the times of the Polish People's Republic, food shortages - you feel literally like in hotels offered by travel agencies in the directions of Egypt, Turkey - tragedy. for a hotel with 5* something that should not happen, - restaurant staff and breakfast service evidently as a punishment at work, the eye was caught by a lady from across our eastern border, who was extremely unpleasant during breakfast while serving omelettes/scrambled eggs, just like the lady in the hotel restaurant (also from across our eastern border), when she took tableware from the table while we had not yet finished celebrating the flavors of the dishes, - Another thing is a mega crowded pool on a magical Friday afternoon. I will not comment on the water in the pool, paddling pool or jacuzzi because it was very nicely put by one of the people who previously posted an opinion here. I will only add that nothing has been done about it. Pobyt w Świeradowie Zdrój uważam za udany, znów jeśli chodzi o hotel no cóż.. chcieliśmy sprawdzić czy reklamy odzwierciedlają rzeczywistość.. Wg naszej oceny to hotel ma mocne 4* na 5* to mu jeszcze sporo brakuje. Obiekt można raz odwiedzić a następnym razem wybrać inny. Co było dobre, fajne, godne pochwalenia to: szybkie zameldowanie, miła i bardzo pomocna obsługa strefy basenowej oraz pań sprzątających, spory wybór potraw podczas śniadań tu dodam śniadań serwowanych w tygodniu (od pon-pt). Co było tym co nam się nie spodobało to: - tragedia podczas śniadania w weekend (sobota) kolejki jak za czasów PRL do wszystkich punktów z potrawami, braki w potrawach - człowiek się czuje dosłownie jak w hotelach proponowanych przez biura podróży na kierunkach Egipt, Turcja - tragedia.. dla hotelu z 5* coś co nie powinno mieć miejsca, - obsługa restauracji i obsługa przy śniadaniu ewidentnie za karę w pracy, oko przykuła Pani pochodząca zza naszej wschodniej granicy, która wybitnie niemiła była w czasie śniadania podczas serwowania omletów/jajecznicy zresztą tak samo jak Pani w restauracji hotelowej (również pochodząca zza wschodniej naszej granicy), kiedy zabierała ze stołu zastawę podczas gdy my jeszcze nie skończyliśmy celebrować smaków potraw, - kolejna rzecz to mega zatłoczony basen w magiczne popołudnie piątkowe. O wodzie w basenie, brodziku czy jacuzzi nie będę się wypowiadać ponieważ bardzo ładnie to ujęła jedna z osób wcześniej zamieszczająca tutaj opinię. Dodam tylko, że nic z tym nie zrobiono. Dwa zdania o samym obiekcie: otóż pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z tak nieprzemyślanymi rozwiązaniami: - drzwi wejściowe do hotelu podwójne, mikro hol, mega wąsko plus wózeczki w mikro holu na walizki, dla hotelu o najwyższym standardzie to tragedia, podjazd pod hotel super ale to wejście do hotelu jakieś nieporozumienie, - dojazd do parkingu podziemnego tragedia dla 5* powinien być odczyt z kamer a nie karta hotelowa lub przycisk, no i mega wąsko, - 3 szt. wind tylko z jednej strony obiektu, dla reszty schody, tu dodam czas oczekiwania na windę pt. - sob. to tragedia, - pokoje w standardzie Delux bardzo małe, brak miejsca na rozłożenie walizek, - ogólnie widać dość duże zużycie w pokojach, jak na hotel, który od 2 lat przyjmuje gości to myślę, że za duże to zużycie (zalane ściany, na balkonach ruchome płytki, zasłony w oknach poszarpane, na podłogach dość brudna wykładzina). Ogólnie hotel "na raz".

Bardzo polecam, proszę się nie sugerować tym co piszą inni, że niesmaczne jedzenie czy brudne pokoje. Wszystko na poziomie. Wspaniałe miejsce, profesjonalna obsługa, pyszne jedzenie, bogata oferta atrakcji znajdującech się na terenie hotelu- Basen,sauny,siłownia,bawialnia,świetne animacje dla najmłodszych. Nie rozumiem negatywnych opinii,które są mocno przesadzone i jak na osobę czy też rodzinę która bardzo dużo podróżuje,nie mogę potwierdzić tych odczuć czy wrażeń. Jeżeli ktoś z duszą malkontenta wybiera się w podróż to zawsze będzie widział szklankę do połowy pustą i nie ma sensu przejmować się opinią kogoś kto zawsze jest niezadowolony. Jestem bardzo zadowolony z obsługi w tym hotelu i na pewno tu wrócę. Świeradów oferuje wiele atrakcji, polecam wybrać ten hotel i zobaczyć to piękne miasteczko. Fajnie urozmaicone śniadania i obiadokolacje zarówno dla dużych jak i małych :) Dbają o porządek w całym obiekcie i mają bardzo komfortowe pokoje. Apartament był dość przestronny , ładna łazienka , wygodne łóżko i balkon który był dość duży 💪 A co do obsługi czy to w recepcji podczas meldunku czy na pysznej obiadokolacji no i obsługi dbającej o czystość , wszystko w najlepszym porządku każdy dba o to aby wypoczynek był udany . Zaplecze basenowe również bardzo czyste , ratownik nie tylko siedzi żeby być ale jest i reaguje na niebezpieczne sytuacje na basenach . W basenach ciepła woda a w brodziku dla dzieci mnóstwo fontann , zjeżdżalnia . Nasza niespełna półtora roczna córka widac było że również była zadowolona 😃 i by tak dalej 💪❤️

I booked 2 rooms for a whole week already in October 2022 with the explicit request that both rooms be close to each other and of course with some nice view. The staff assured us by phone that they would of course try to accede to our request. As a result, we got 1 room on the second floor and another on the ground floor overlooking the exit from the garage. We go on vacation many times in such a line-up and nowhere in the country or abroad have I had a similar situation. Our grandchildren always came to our room next or opposite in the morning, and there, unfortunately, we missed this pleasure, because they would not have found it on their own. We paid a lot for a week's stay, and we were treated in a scandalous way. It didn't take much to remember this holiday fondly,

Sam hotel bardzo ładny, śniadania bogate bez zarzutu. Położenie też idealne. Pragnę tylko ostrzec potencjalnych klientów, aby rezerwując pobyt poprosili o informację w jakim dokładnie pokoju się znajdą. Byłem tam z rodziną w lutym 2023 roku. Rezerwowałem 2 pokoje na cały tydzień już w październiku 2022 roku z wyraźną prośbą, aby oba pokoje były blisko siebie i oczywiście z jakimś ładnym widokiem. Personel telefonicznie zapewniał, że oczywiście postarają się przychylić się do naszej prośby. W rezultacie dostaliśmy 1 pokój na drugim piętrze, a drugi na parterze z widokiem na wyjazd z garażu. Wiele razy jeździmy na wakacje w takim składzie i nigdzie ani w kraju ani za granicą nie miałem podobnej sytuacji. Zawsze nasze wnuki rano wpadały do nas do pokoju obok, albo naprzeciwko, a tam niestety ta przyjemność nas ominęła, bo nie trafiłyby samodzielnie. Za tygodniowy pobyt zapłaciliśmy sporo, a potraktowano nas w sposób skandaliczny. Tak niewiele było trzeba, aby ten urlop mile wspominać,

For me, everything is great, except for the mattresses that are too soft:) Super large balcony with cherry laurels and parking downstairs. My shepherd dog felt very well, he was given nice bowls and a bed. There was also weed so that he could relieve himself close in the morning. After climbing the Jizera Mountains, we could fry in the sauna :) And if only we had the strength, there was also a swimming pool included in the price (sauna also included in the price). So everything is great for us:)

Jak dla mnie wszystko super poza zbyt miękkimi materacami :) super duży balkon z laurowiśniami i parking na dole budynku. Mój owczarek czuł się bardzo dobrze, dostał ładne miseczki i posłanie. Była tez trawka aby mógł się załatwić blisko z rana. Po wejściu na Izery mogliśmy się dosmażyć w saunie :) a gdybyśmy tylko mieli siły to jeszcze był w cenie basen (sauna też w cenie). Także dla nas wszystko super :)

I was at Elements with my two kids over the weekend. We liked the hotel very much, especially the hotel room, which was really large. We were delighted with the swimming pool in a wooden frame - totally our atmosphere and the mega cozy, warm Sensus SPA - you want to be there :) A lot of attractions for kids, but not only. We also liked Świeradów itself - we will definitely come back, but for a longer :)

Byłam w Elements wraz z dwójką dzieci podczas weekendu. Hotel bardzo się nam spodobał, w szczególności pokój hotelowy, który był na prawdę spory. Zachwycił nas basen w drewnianej oprawie - totalnie nasze klimaty oraz mega przytulne, ciepłe Sensus SPA - tam aż chce się być :) Dużo atrakcji dla dzieciaków, ale nie tylko. Sam Świeradów również się nam spodobał - na pewno wrócimy, ale już na dłużej :)

We ordered a massage, which should have lasted 60 minutes and ended after 45 minutes. We had a reservation for two people with separate beds and we got a double bed, which after our attention was SEPARATED, so sleeping was even impossible because the bed was very small. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !

Jestem bardzo rozczarowana. Hotel 5 gwiazdkowy, który daleko odbiega od podstaw. Obsługa beznadziejna! W restauracji poczucie arogancji i lekceważenia ze strony kelnerów. Zamówiliśmy masaż, który powinien trwać 60 min a skończył się po 45 minutach . Rezerwację mieliśmy dla dwóch osób z oddzielnymi łóżkami a dostaliśmy łóżko małżeńskie, które po naszej uwadze zostało ROZDZIELONE zatem wyspanie się było wręcz nie możliwe ponieważ łóżko było bardzo małe . NIE POLECAM !

A weekend at the Elements Hotel & SPA was an escape from the everyday hustle and bustle for us. Wooden interiors, the pleasant smell of oils in the spa and friendly service created an atmosphere of home luxury. Even the tea in the room tasted somehow better – maybe because of the view.

When booking a stay in a five-star resort, we expect something more. The hotel is absolutely not intimate, off the beaten track or one of those where you will feel taken care of. From the beginning, because there is quite a lot to improve here: 1. Location - The Jizera Mountains are beautiful, but the hotel stands among undeveloped plots of land where there is simply shit. 2. Rooms - nothing outstanding, standard equipment straight from a city hotel "for one night". A lot of shortcomings and shortcomings. We didn't have bathrobes, the hair dryer doesn't work. The view from the room to the balconies of the neighboring building guaranteed a wonderful lack of privacy and non-stop curtained windows. The room was terribly stuffy, the air conditioning did not cool, the window could not be opened, only the balcony could be opened wide, through which the aroma of roasted herb flowed from the balcony below. 3. Spa - we used a massage that released muscle tension in the spa, but for such a price (over PLN 400 per person) we expected something more. A pleasant massage, but very gentle and not very effective in "releasing tension". The lack of a sense of care in the SPA, even ginger infusion after the treatment, which is a standard in the spas we have used so far, was not given 4. Wellness zone - the lack of culture of people is not the hotel's fault, but loud music and conversations with laughter during sauna ceremonies, where I tried to relax in the SILENCE ZONE, is unfortunately an experience that caused me to return to the room. The water in the pool is cold, the wellness area is very small and crowded. Broken bathrobes on deckchairs, no warm beds, saunas small and not working properly (too cold/not enough steam). It is more like a "spa" zone at local swimming pools than in a 5-star resort. 5. Breakfast and food - disgusting, the cheapest possible breakfast ingredients. Sour coffee, croissants with a fridge aftertaste and two-day-old, stale bagels. There are no live cooking stations that the hotel boasts about on the website. A very big disappointment and an unpleasant experience. Non-alcoholic drinks in the lobby are tasty, but the service is poor even when the bar is not very busy. The room service price is a joke. 6. Price - completely inadequate to what we get. The hotel represents 3 stars at most. Lack of competence on the part of the staff. Despite the expensive stay, money is collected from everywhere, from the parking lot, to the added costs of room service or connecting a card to open the minibar (and you don't even know what's inside + thus you don't have the opportunity to use the refrigerator in the room and drink hot water) To sum up - I advise against it, I do not recommend it. The anniversary trip was saved only by beautiful Prague, which is close by. We will definitely not return to the hotel, and they write this, I'm glad we're leaving tomorrow morning. Relaxation in crowds and commercialism instead of the advertised peaceful rest at the level. Embarrassment, poor quality, money grab and lack of politeness. You don't choose this type of place to come back more than you arrived. I hope I will never repeat this experience.

Rezerwując pobyt w pięcio gwiazdkowym resorcie oczekujemy czegoś więcej. Hotel absolutnie nie jest kameralny, na uboczu czy też nie należy do tych, gdzie poczujecie się zaopiekowani. Od początku, bo całkiem sporo tu do poprawy: 1. Lokalizacja - Góry izerskie są piękne, ale hotel stoi pośród niezagospodarowanych działek na których jest po prostu syf. 2. Pokoje - nic wybitnego, standardowe wyposażenie rodem z miejskiego hotelu „na jedną noc”. Dużo braków i niedociągnięć. Nie mieliśmy szlafroków, suszarka do włosów nie działa. Widok z pokoju na balkony sąsiedniego budynku gwarantował wspaniały brak prywatności i non stop zasłonięte okna. Pokój okropnie duszny, klima nie chłodziła, okna nie dało się uchylić, jednie otworzyć balkon na oścież przez który wlatywał aromat zioła palonego balkon niżej. 3. Spa - korzystaliśmy z masażu uwalniającego napięcia mięśni w spa, jednak za taką cenę (powyżej 400 zł za osobę) oczekiwaliśmy czegoś więcej. Masaż przyjemny, jednak bardzo delikatny i mało skuteczny w „uwolnieniu napięcia”. Brak poczucia zaopiekowania w SPA, nawet naparu imbirowego po zabiegu, który jest standardem w spa z których dotychczas korzystaliśmy nie podano 4. Strefa wellness - brak kultury ludzi to nie wina hotelu, ale głośna muzyka i rozmowy ze śmiechami podczas ceremonii saunowych gdzie obok próbowałam się zrelaksować w STREFIE CISZY to już niestety doświadczenie które spowodowało powrót do pokoju. Woda w basenie zimna, strefa wellness bardzo mała i zatłoczona. Porozwalane szlafroki na leżakach, brak ciepłych łóżek, sauny małe i nie działające prawidłowo (zbyt chłodne/za mało pary). Bardziej przypomina to strefę „spa” na basenach osiedlowych niż w 5 gwiazdkowym resorcie. 5. Śniadania i jedzenie - obrzydliwe, najtańsze z możliwych składniki śniadaniowe. Kwaśna kawa, rogaliki z posmakiem lodówki i dwudniowe, czerstwe bajgle. Brak stacji live cooking którymi hotel chwali się na stronach. Bardzo duży zawód i nieprzyjemne doświadczenie. Drinki bezalkoholowe w lobby smaczne, jednak obsługa słabo wyrabia nawet przy niedużym obłożeniu baru. Cena room Service to żart. 6. Cena - zupełnie nieadekwatna do tego co dostajemy. Hotel najwyżej reprezentuje sobą 3 gwiazdki. Brak kompetencji ze strony obsługi. Mimo drogiego pobytu pieniądze ściągane są zewsząd od parkingu, po doliczane koszta room service czy podpięcie karty żeby wgl otworzyć minibar (a nawet nie wiecie co jest w środku + tym samym nie macie możliwości skorzystania z chłodziarki w pokoju i pijecie ciepłą wodę) Podsumowując - odradzam, nie polecam. Wyjazd rocznicowy uratowała jedynie piękna Praga do której jest blisko. Na pewno do hotelu nie wrócimy, a piszą to cieszę się że wyjeżdżamy już jutro rano. Relaks w tłumach i komercji zamiast reklamowanego spokojnego wypoczynku na poziomie. Żenada, słaba jakość, skok na kasę i brak uprzejmości. Nie po to wybiera się tego typu miejsca, aby wrócić bardziej wkurzonym niż się przyjechało. Mam nadzieję że już nigdy nie powtórzę tego doświadczenia.

Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie w tej lokalizacji i zimą i latem. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Jedyny minus to opóźnieni w otwieraniu siłowni - powinna być czynna od godz. 7 rano, niestety zdarzały się opóźnienia kilkuminutowe (nawet 25 minut).Apartamenty są duże, przestronne i ciepłe. To się ceni. Jedzenie na śniadaniu były świeże i bardzo dobre. Hotel ma wszystko czego oczekujemy od nowoczesnego, górskiego resortu.
