Single Track in Świeradow-Zdrój is a network of 14 perfectly maintained and picturesquely located cycling routes with a total length of 80 kilometers. The cycling routes were designed by the famous Dafydd Davis, a specialist in this type of undertaking.
Single Track bike trails are divided into four difficulty levels: very easy, easy, medium, and difficult - each is assigned a color. The easiest loop is two-way, while the more difficult ones can only be traveled in one direction.
4 types (from very easy to difficult)
Single Track is the largest network of cycling trails of its kind in Poland, located around Świeradów-Zdrój. It comprises 14 trails with a total length of approximately 80 kilometers across four difficulty levels. The trails are one-way (except for the green loop), which significantly increases safety.
The trails are color-coded according to difficulty level: green (very easy), blue (easy), red (moderately difficult), and black (difficult). The red and black trails feature banked turns and jumps, while the green loop is a wide, two-way path suitable for beginners.
The longest trail is Czerniawska Kopa (black, difficult), which is 15.3 km long. The second longest is Zajęcznik (red, moderately difficult) – 14.75 km. The Góreczno trail is 7.2 km long and includes red and black sections.
In summer, the trails are used by cyclists, while in winter, selected sections are used by cross-country skiers. The exact range of trails open during a given season is published on the single-track.eu website.
There are several mountain bike rental shops in Świeradów-Zdrój, including the single-track.eu partner rental shop at the lower station of the Ski&Sun cable car. The selection includes road bikes, MTBs, and e-bikes, as well as helmets and accessories.
Yes, thanks to the green and blue trails, the network is also suitable for less experienced cyclists, including families with children. The more demanding red and black trails, on the other hand, are a challenge for advanced riders.
